Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for the cancellation of any tutoring session. Cancellations must be communicated directly to Bridge City Tutors, LLC. through the designated communication channels. All cancellation requests must be communicated to Heera Dalal via phone call, text, or email with a minimum notice of 24 hours before the start of your scheduled tutoring session.
If a client is a session-package-plan member, cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, or outside of the agreed upon communication methods, will result in the forfeiture of their tutoring session with no monetary compensation.
In the event of a no-show, where a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee at the current rate will be charged. If a client is a session-package-plan member and fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, they will forfeit their tutoring session and receive no monetary compensation.
Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to the availability of the tutor. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the original session may be accommodated but are not guaranteed. Additionally, rescheduling a session does not guarantee that the session will occur in person; clients should be aware that their rescheduled session may be conducted virtually. All rescheduling requests must be communicated to Heera Dalal via phone call, text, or email with a minimum notice of 24 hours before the start of your scheduled tutoring session.
Bridge City Tutors, LLC. understands that emergencies may arise. In such cases, clients are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible to discuss potential exceptions to the cancellation policy. Emergency exceptions are determined at the discretion of Bridge City Tutors, LLC.'s owner/operator.
Late cancellation fees and no-show fees will result in a forfeiture of the session time you had booked. For subscription plan members, these forfeitures will be invoiced and automatically assessed via your provided credit card on file (please see the credit card consent document for further details).
If a tutor needs to cancel a session, Bridge City Tutors, LLC. will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.
